These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DMtheBoss ("the Service"), operated by DMtheBoss ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

DMtheBoss is a web application that helps job seekers identify relevant contacts at companies, generate personalized cold emails, and create email drafts in their Gmail account. The Service uses artificial intelligence and public web search to discover contacts and compose emails.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Authentication

You sign in to the Service using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of professional job outreach. You must not:

Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing communications
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in outreach emails
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
Use the Service to collect or harvest personal data for purposes unrelated to job applications
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Gmail Integration

The Service creates email drafts in your Gmail account. You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any drafts created by the Service
The Service does not send emails on your behalf — all emails must be manually sent by you
You are responsible for the content of any emails you send, regardless of whether the content was generated by the Service
You may revoke the Service's access to your Gmail at any time via your Google Account settings

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to discover contacts and generate email drafts. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, including incorrect contact information or email addresses
Contact email addresses are inferred and not verified — some may be incorrect
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information before acting on it
We do not guarantee that contacts discovered are currently employed at the specified company or hold the titles listed
We do not guarantee that outreach emails will result in responses, interviews, or job offers

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by DMtheBoss. Email drafts generated by the Service for your campaigns are yours to use as you see fit. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (company names, roles, etc.).

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Usage Limits

The Service relies on third-party APIs with usage limits. We may impose limits on the number of outreach campaigns, contacts, or email drafts you can create. These limits may change at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMtheBoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMtheBoss from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any emails you send using content generated by the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
